This program is 4 weeks long, I’ll be by your side every step of the way - your very own Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss and Fitness Coach!
We will meet via ZOOM once a week for an hour. If you’re not available the meeting will be recorded. We will go thru the modules together and then you will have an assignment to complete to make sure you fully understand how weight loss and your bodies work.
You’ll also have a weekly accountability check-in form to fill out that I will review and discuss with you.
